Billie Holiday

Billie Holiday, born Eleanora Fagan, was an American jazz singer with a career spanning nearly thirty years. Nicknamed "Lady Day" by her friend and music partner Lester Young, Holiday had a seminal influence on jazz music and pop singing. 

Aenya grew up in the Pittsburgh area and has been acting and singing for the majority of her life. She recently graduated with a BFA in Acting with a musical theatre minor from Point Park University where she performed in The Bluest Eye  (Darlene), Uncle Tom’s Cabin: Revisited (Eliza/Emmeline), You on the Moors Now (Jane Eyre), and The House of Bernarda Alba (Adela) at the Pittsburgh Playhouse. Aenya recently performed in Updating: the Series (a mini webseries on Youtube), and she has also lent her talent to voiceover work. She plans to move to Los Angeles to continue her acting career.
